This English version is provided for reference purposes. In the event of any inconsistency between the Japanese version and the English version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the application "StudyRecord" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by AwayFrom (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our").

By using the Service, users agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

1. These Terms shall apply to all relationships between us and users in connection with the provision and use of the Service.
2. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any descriptions or explanations regarding the Service, these Terms shall prevail.

Article 2 (Definitions)

For the purposes of these Terms:

1. "User" means any individual who uses the Service.
2. "Service" means the application "StudyRecord" provided by us to support the management of study time and study records.

Article 3 (Description of the Service)

The Service provides functions to support the management of study time and study records.

We reserve the right to modify the content of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Article 4 (Accounts and Conditions of Use)

1. Certain features of the Service may be used without registering an email address.
2. However, some features may require authentication via email address.
3. If a user registers an email address, the user shall provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Acts that infringe upon the rights of other users or third parties
